Job Summary:
The IT Manager leads software and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely, on-scope, and cost-effective delivery while maintaining reliable and efficient information systems. The role serves as a shared resource supporting key initiatives, including merchandising and supply chain projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end IT project delivery (planning to closure)
- Manage and mentor project team and stakeholders
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues
- Allocate resources and manage timelines effectively
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Oversee budget, cost control, and financial tracking
- Ensure quality and alignment with business requirements
- Coordinate with vendors for solutions and support
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in IT project management
- Experience in supply chain/merchandising systems (preferred)
- Retail industry experience is an advantage
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
- Proven delivery of medium to large IT projects
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and infrastructure
