JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute timely and accurate distribution to stores based on demand forecasts and sales trends.
- Drive high On-Shelf Availability (OSA) while maintaining optimal stock levels across all locations.
- Identify and address slow-moving, excess, and aging stocks to improve inventory efficiency.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and store teams to guarantee timely and accurate stock transfers.
- Proactively respond to replenishment needs and ensure product availability to enhance overall customer experience.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in distribution planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations
- Strong background in retail or FMCG/appliance distribution is an advantage
- Skilled in data analysis, forecasting, and inventory planning
