Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Operator role based in Pasig, Philippines. The Supply Chain Operator will handle day-to-day inventory coordination, including tracking stock levels, monitoring product movements, and ensuring timely replenishment to meet demand. This role will support freight and logistics activities by coordinating with logistics partners, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues. The person in this position will assist in operational planning, order processing, and documentation to support efficient supply chain operations. The role also involves regular communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to address inquiries, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Freight skills, including knowledge of logistics processes, shipment coordination, and basic inventory control.
  • Candidates should possess solid Operations Management skills to support planning, workflow coordination, and process improvement within the supply chain function.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to work effectively with internal teams, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers.
  • Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within consumer electronics, retail, or related industries is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic office tools; familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
