Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable Supply Chain Operations Supervisor to oversee warehouse coordination, inventory movement, and logistics operations. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient supply chain processes and maintaining productivity standards.
Qualifications
- College Level or College Graduate
- At least 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics supervision
- Background in retail, distribution, or inventory operations is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in warehouse workflows and inventory systems
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise supply chain and warehouse daily operations
- Monitor inventory movement and stock availability
- Ensure timely dispatch and receiving of goods
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding operational requirements
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
- Implement operational procedures and compliance standards
- Conduct team coaching and performance evaluation
