Client:A publicly-listed power and energy company
Location: Makati Schedule: Hybrid Set up (3x a week onsite) -Reports to the AVP Supply Chain -Full time role
This role will provide support in Operational Excellence in particular on compliance to Supply Chain & Procurement Standards in reference to Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply's Gold Standards in Procurement Excellence, Digitalization, and People Development Programs.
Key competencies:
-OE/AGILE INITIATIVES (60% of time) -Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standard templates -Integration of data from ERPs (SAP/Oracle example, to Excel or Business Warehouse to Power BI, above average in applying DAX or Power BI data analysis expressions), -Have applied AGILE methodology in process improvement project initiatives. -Considerable exposure in Supply Chain operations from procurement, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation, distribution, logistics.
Qualifications:
-College/University Degree in Engineering or Commerce -5 to 10 years experience in Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Contracts Management, Supplier Performance, Economics / Feasibility Studies -Certification on Six Sigma is an advantage -Mandatory: SAP S4 Hana/Business Warehouse, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
