JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations of ZUS Coffee PH, including warehousing, inventory management, distribution, logistics, and store replenishment to ensure smooth daily operations across all stores and kiosks.
- Plan, organize, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, allocation, checking, loading, and dispatch of supplies, ingredients, packaging materials, and store operational requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of coffee beans, milk, syrups, food items, packaging, and other critical store supplies to support uninterrupted store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and ensure proper execution of inventory management processes, including stock counts, reconciliation, variance investigation, and inventory accuracy across all warehouses and distribution points.
- Drive logistics and distribution cost optimization initiatives by developing efficient delivery models, route planning, cross-docking strategies, and transportation solutions suitable for café and kiosk operations.
- Manage and monitor third-party logistics providers, warehouse partners, and transporters to ensure compliance with service level agreements, operational efficiency, and delivery timelines.
- Develop, monitor, and drive supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including inventory accuracy, fulfillment rate, wastage, stock availability, delivery turnaround time, and logistics cost efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, and Finance to align supply chain planning with sales forecasts, expansion plans, promotional activities, and operational requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen warehouse operations, inventory controls, distribution processes, food safety compliance, and overall supply chain efficiency in support of ZUS Coffee PH's rapid growth and expansion.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing supply chain team by driving accountability, operational discipline, capability development, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices across all supply chain activities.
- Perform other strategic initiatives, business-critical projects, and duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field
Experience
1. 10+ years experience in supply chain management with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
2. Proven track record of reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the supply chain.
3. In-depth knowledge of supply chain operations, including planning, sourcing, logistics, and distribution.
4. Strong project management skills
