Job Description

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations: procurement, inventory, logistics & distribution
• Develop and execute innovative supply chain strategies
• Build strong supplier partnerships and negotiate cost-effective deals
• Maintain optimal inventory levels with smart control measures
• Ensure timely delivery and optimize transportation costs
• Track KPIs; identify issues; implement improvements & risk mitigation plans
• Drive cost savings & efficiency across all supply chain activities
• Ensure compliance with local & international regulations
• Enforce health & safety standards in warehouses & distribution centers
• Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing supply chain team
• Stay ahead with latest tech trends like AI & automation for smarter operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in supply chain management
• Proficiency in ERP systems & relevant software
• Strong strategic, analytical, and management skills
• Excellent communication & project management abilities
