Job Description

  • Oversee supply chain processes, manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support hotel operations and service standards.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors for hospitality-specific goods.
  • Monitor inventory levels across departments and maintain optimal stock to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments to forecast needs and manage purchase orders.
  • Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
  • Manage relationships with third-party logistics and delivery services.
  • Maintain accurate records of suppliers, contracts, deliveries, and inventory movements.
  • Support budget planning by providing cost analysis and procurement reports.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations or management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, inventory management, documentation, leadership, teamwork, and computer literacy.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to suppliers and warehouses.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, problem solver, adaptable, and capable of leading a diverse team.
