Oversees sourcing, procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure materials arrive on time and within budget

Key Responsibilities:

-Strategy & Leadership: Direct end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, and logistics for solar projects.

-Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers of solar panels, inverters, and electrical components.

-Demand Planning: Forecast material requirements and consumption trends based on active and upcoming solar installations.

-Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels of equipment and tools to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

-Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, project management, and site operations teams to ensure smooth last-mile delivery.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

-Several years of progressive experience in supply chain or procurement, ideally within renewable energy or construction.

-Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in data management/Excel, and effective vendor negotiation
