Eve Curls is a fast-growing Dutch DTC hair care brand serving customers across Europe, the UK, and the US. We sell primarily through our own webshop, alongside major marketplaces, and this year we're launching into retail. We're growing 200%+ year over year and hitting 8 figures in 2026.

The role

We're looking for someone who takes full ownership and responsibility, end to end. No hand holding, no waiting to be told what to do.

You'll take full ownership of procurement AND production scheduling. You'll manage relationships with manufacturers worldwide, buy raw materials and packaging, and coordinate our logistics partners end to end.

You'll report to our Head of Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Procurement: raw materials and packaging, sourced worldwide
• Production scheduling across our manufacturing partners
• Managing logistics partners: confirming and scheduling shipments
• Month-end reporting
• Owning the day to day, keeping production and shipments on track

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience across procurement, production scheduling, AND logistics, not just one of these areas
• Experience managing manufacturing relationships across multiple regions
• Experience coordinating logistics and freight partners
• When a supplier says no, you find a workaround and make it happen. Delays are part of the job. How you solve them is what matters.

Compensation

• $2,000/month
• 15 days paid time off
