Job Description

This position is responsible for the end to end procurement activities of the company ensuring that these are carried out within the required quality standards, lead-time, specifications at the least cost in accordance with the approved purchasing procedures, and compliance to the agreed contract terms. This position is also responsible for the domestic logistics function in collaboration with the Third Party Logistics provider (3PL).

  • Ability to perform sourcing, procurement and delivery of requested goods, services and works from external sources
  • Supply Chain System (procure to pay)
  • Knowledge, understanding, and ability to use/operate systems application in supply management (i-Proc, purchasing, inventory, payable and payment process applications)
  • Vendor Relations Management, Accreditation, and Evaluation
  • Ability to maintain good vendor relationship, conduct suppliers/vendors engagement through accreditation and performance evaluation thereafter using performance management tools

Experience: (Minimum required experience)

Professional: 2-3 years in procurement

Education: (Minimum required educational attainment)

BS Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Engineering degree - or equivalent experience.

Technical Competencies:

Project Management

Understand and effectively use standard project management tools and techniques to schedule, plan, monitor, and evaluate project performance; and optimize the use of technical and management methodologies

Logistics Management

Ability to plan, implement, and control the efficient, effective forward and reverse flow and storage of goods, services, and related information between the point of origin and the point of consumption
