Client is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead an enterprise-wide Supply Chain planning rollout for our APAC region. Desired results will be accomplished by driving impactful transformation through technology and process optimization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Supply Chain planning systems and software integration, with a proven ability to deliver large-scale projects using a hybrid Agile-Waterfall approach.
This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented leader who can align cross-functional teams, navigate matrixed environments, and deliver tangible business value across our global supply chain.
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of Supply Chain transformation projects.
Manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with milestones, timelines, and resource allocations.
Manage project budget ensuring financial compliance and accurate expense tracking.
Ensure projects follow SDLC governance, including Architecture Reviews, Gate Reviews, and Change Management protocols.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to define and achieve key project outcomes.
Coordinate the review and approval of project enhancements and changes with business and technical teams, and ensure approved changes are handed off for execution.
Partner with leadership to report progress, escalate risks
Engage technical teams (InfoSec, IT Architecture, Master Data) to ensure successful system integration and delivery.
Track and deliver key metrics to ensure transparency, accountability, and project health.
Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and application of lessons learned.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of enterprise system implementation experience
Kinaxis planning software preferred
Strong knowledge of integration points with 3rd party software
Expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies; relevant certifications preferred (PMP, CSM, SAFe, etc.)
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and risk management skills
Background in manufacturing or supply chain environments highly desirable
