Position: Supply Chain Coordinator

Remote | Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Coordinate purchasing activities and manage purchase orders
• Monitor inventory levels, product availability, and delivery schedules
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and service
• Track shipments and coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
• Review shipping and customs documentation and support import processes
• Maintain accurate supplier, purchasing, and inventory records
• Analyze market trends and pricing to support procurement decisions
• Partner with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Support process improvement initiatives and resolve supply chain-related issues

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related operations
• Experience with purchasing, inventory management, supplier coordination, and order management
• Knowledge of import and customs processes
• Strong Excel and general computer skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
