E-Warehouse — E-Commerce Supply Chain Coordinator

Remote · Full-Time · 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time · $1,800 – $2,300 USD per month

Reports directly to Aaron Yade

E-Warehouse is a growing e-commerce and wholesale distribution company selling across Amazon, Walmart, third-party marketplaces, and directly to wholesale customers. As we grow, we are looking for an extremely organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Supply Chain Coordinator to work directly alongside our founder and manage the day-to-day supply chain and operations of the company.

We need someone who can become an organizational brain within E-Warehouse someone who knows what inventory we have, what is coming in, what needs to be replenished, what our 3PL received, what is still outstanding from suppliers, and what still needs to be followed up on.

What you'll be doing

Monitor inventory levels and determine when products need to be reordered or replenished
Review FBA shipments prepared by our 3PL to confirm correct SKUs and quantities
Maintain accurate records in our ERP — purchase orders, inventory receipts, and shipments
Compare what suppliers shipped against what our 3PL actually received, and chase short shipments to resolution
Coordinate inbound deliveries and follow up with vendors and warehouse partners
Monitor Amazon and Walmart marketplace activity, Buy Box position, and competitor pricing
Review and process vendor payables and flag invoice discrepancies
Support wholesale/B2B customer onboarding and marketplace customer support

What we're looking for

3+ years in e-commerce supply chain, inventory, logistics, or operations
2+ years of hands-on Amazon FBA experience strongly preferred
Strong hands-on ERP or inventory management system experience — NetSuite, Cin7, SAP, Oracle, Inventory Planner, SoStocked or similar
Experience with replenishment, purchase orders, inventory receipts, and direct 3PL coordination
Amazon Seller Central experience preferred; Walmart Marketplace, AP, and wholesale/B2B a plus
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and excellent written English
Able to work independently, keep many moving pieces straight, and follow through — sending an email does not mean the task is finished

Small mistakes in this position can become expensive problems. Extreme attention to detail is non-negotiable.
