Job Description

Job Title: Supply Chain Specialist (on-site)

Location: Tunasan, Muntinlupa

The Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of goods, information, and resources across the supply chain. This role ensures efficient procurement, production planning, inventory control, and distribution to meet business objectives related to cost, quality, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor supply chain operations from procurement to delivery
  • Manage inventory levels to balance availability and cost efficiency
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and logistics providers
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Monitor demand forecasts and adjust supply plans accordingly
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead time, service level, and cost
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements
  • Resolve supply chain disruptions and manage risk mitigation strategies
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
  • Prepare reports and communicate supply chain performance to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field
  • Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD
  • Experience with demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP processes
  • Knowledge of international trade, customs, and incoterms
  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution environments
