Job Description:
Workshop Operations (Repair & Quality):
Lead daily repair operations to ensure high productivity and fast turnaround
Monitor and improve repair cycle time (MTTR)
Ensure all repaired parts meet strict quality standards before release
Identify recurring defects and drive corrective actions
Logistics & Distribution:
Oversee end-to-end delivery of parts to support field operations
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery across all service areas
Implement and enforce proper packaging and handling standards
Monitor and improve delivery performance and service levels
Returns & Parts Movement:
Ensure proper tracking and return of deployed parts
Drive accountability across teams for parts recovery and documentation
Maintain visibility on parts movement from release to return
Fleet & Operations Support:
Manage delivery fleet to ensure availability and reliability
Oversee preventive maintenance and vehicle utilization
Monitor operational costs such as fuel and logistics expenses
Qualifications
With at least 3–5 years in the role
Relevant experience must include:
Workshop / repair operations (electronics, ATM, telco, IT hardware, etc.)
Logistics operations (inbound/outbound, dispatching)
