The Supply Chain & Planning Group Manager is an IT Enterprise Applications leader responsible for driving the strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement of supply chain planning systems and digital solutions. The role partners with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Finance teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology-enabled solutions, primarily through SAP and enterprise planning platforms. It leads system transformation, process standardization, and application governance initiatives that enhance forecasting, planning, inventory management, and operational performance. This role serves as the key bridge between business and IT, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain Planning and Enterprise Applications platforms.
• Partner with business leaders to translate planning requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP/APO, and other enterprise planning system implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end application lifecycle, including solution design, enhancements, testing, deployment, and support.
• Lead business process transformation and standardization initiatives across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, IBP, and Inventory Planning.
• Act as the primary liaison between IT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Oversee application vendors, system integrators, and external consulting partners.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and adoption metrics to ensure realization of business benefits.
• Lead change management and user adoption programs during major system and process transformations.
• Develop and mentor enterprise application teams while ensuring delivery of strategic IT initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of combined experience in Enterprise Applications, ERP systems, Supply Chain Planning, or Digital Transformation roles.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership capacity managing enterprise application teams, large-scale projects, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Planning processes, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, S&OP, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
• Hands-on experience with SAP solutions such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP IBP, SAP APO, or other advanced planning and enterprise applications platforms.
• Proven track record in leading ERP implementations, system enhancements, process redesign, and technology-enabled transformation programs.
