Supply Chain Analyst

Position Purpose

At Sealed Air, we're redefining how supply chains operate globally. As a Product & Process Supply Chain Analyst, you'll turn complex supply chain data into actionable insights that improve end-to-end supply chain processes such as planning, logistics, sourcing and operational performance. What You'll Do

• Map and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes across planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
• Analyze material flows, lead times, and identify bottlenecks to enhance efficiency.
• Perform analytics on SKU segmentation, slow-moving inventory, and cost-to-serve models.
• Support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory strategy through robust data analysis.
• Conduct root cause analysis on disruptions (e.g., service failures, forecast errors).
• Develop impactful dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, SAP tools.
• Improve data integrity and automation within SAP (BW, APO, MIMI).
• Manage purchase orders and oversee supplier invoice processing. (10-15%)

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Min. 3+ years in Supply Chain Analytics or Continuous Improvement within manufacturing.
• Experience in SAP (modules like MM, PP, SD are plus)and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools, ability to translate analytics into actionable insights.
• Programming skills in Python, R, SQL, VBA are a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Curious, adaptive, and committed to learning and growth.
• Fluent in English
