Job Description

Our client is a leading global technology organization seeking a Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting Analyst to support its manufacturing and materials management operations. This role combines supply chain expertise with advanced analytics, requiring a strong understanding of Power BI, SQL, data pipelines, and supply chain planning processes.

This is a contract role ending on 30 June 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain supply chain data pipelines, ensuring accurate and timely data flow from manufacturing partners into enterprise reporting platforms.
  • Coordinate weekly collection, validation, and upload of execution, operations, forecast, purchase order, part master, material planning, and build plan data.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot end-to-end data flows across cloud storage, data warehouse, and reporting environments.
  • Debug, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to improve performance, accuracy, and usability.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries, Power Query models, and reporting logic to support business requirements.
  • Identify and resolve data quality, integration, and reporting issues to ensure continuous availability of operational dashboards.
  • Consolidate supply chain cost and planning data and maintain reporting repositories and documentation.
  • Refresh and validate weekly and monthly reporting tools, ensuring accurate outputs for stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and business insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing partners and cross-functional teams to investigate data discrepancies and drive issue resolution.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, materials planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain analytics.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts, including Plan of Record (POR), Build Plan (BP), Execution & Operations (EnO), inventory management, and material planning processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Understanding of cloud-based data architectures and data pipelines, including data ingestion, transformation, and warehouse environments.
  • Experience using Power Query for data transformation, modeling, and reporting automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and resolve complex data issues.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, data manipulation, and analytical modeling.
  • Familiarity with VBA and automation techniques is advantageous.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to improve reporting, analytics, or process efficiency is a plus
