Job Description

The Supply Chain Analyst for the Asia cluster provides analytical, planning, and operational support across demand & inventory planning, S&OP coordination, and supply chain performance management.

Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, this role acts as a key coordination point between regional stakeholders, local supply chain teams, customer service, and direct and indirect markets across Asia. The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for maintaining accurate demand inputs, validating market submissions, translating demand signals into timely supply planning requirements, and delivering data-driven insights to support business decisions and service performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • S&OP Support: Participate in Asia regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions, support the Demand Planning Manager in consolidating key inputs, and prepare accurate data packs to enable effective decision-making.
  • S&OE Coordination: Partner with local supply chain teams and Customer Service to support short-term execution, align primary sales / sell-in expectations with contractual inventory coverage, and escalate supply constraints when required.
  • Indirect Market Purchase Order Management: Serve as the main contact for market purchase order requirements, providing guidance on order timing, supply lead times, minimum order quantities, and known supply constraints.
  • Reporting and Performance Tracking: Support the Demand Planning Manager in preparing comprehensive reports and dashboards covering sell-in, sell-out, inventory, slow-moving and obsolete stock, forecast performance, and key supply chain KPIs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze data and identify opportunities to optimize minimum order quantities, shelf-life management, inventory health, and planning processes to improve supply chain efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, supply chain analysis, customer service operations, or related planning functions at regional or local market level.
  • Working knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) systems or equivalent demand and supply planning tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization/reporting tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data cleansing techniques is required.
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between demand, supply, inventory, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
  • Experience managing, validating, and analyzing large datasets, including files with more than 10,000 rows.
  • Good understanding of S&OP and S&OE processes, forecast management, and direct and indirect market dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
