Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Taguig City (Hybrid / Twice a week RTO)

Shift: Night Shift (11 PM to 9 AM)
Job Description:
The Supply Chain & Commodity Operations Analyst will support end-to-end sourcing, inventory, and supplier operations, with a focus on data-driven insights, risk mitigation, and program health. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate procurement execution, inventory integrity, supplier performance, and timely reporting across material and commodity operations.
Mandatory Skills:
- Procurement & Inventory Management:
- Proven experience in procurement and inventory operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP for Goods Receipts and purchase order management.
- Strong ability to resolve invoicing issues, inventory discrepancies, and manage Move Orders.
- Experience in Change Order Requests and BOM risk assessments.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Experience in data consolidation and risk assessments across suppliers and materials.
- Ability to prepare and analyze Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), On-Time Delivery (OTD) reports, and other ad-hoc reports.
- Metrics tracking and dashboard creation for program health.
- Sourcing & Supplier Management:
- Proven ability in supplier evaluations, onboarding, and RFx execution.
- Familiarity with commercial analysis, cost of ownership assessments, and supplier performance tracking.
- Expertise in purchase order breakout forms and ensuring accuracy in terms such as pricing, incoterms, and warranty terms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Strong stakeholder engagement with various teams including Business Development, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Ability to validate, pull, and compare data across functions to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Supplier communication and collaboration for timely commitments.
- Risk & Change Management:
- Experience in conducting supply chain risk assessments and analyzing internal risk notifications.
- Ability to assist in Business Development Plan (BDP) change assessments and ML uptick evaluations.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- SAP: Familiarity with SAP for inventory and procurement processes.
- Cloud/Tech Tools: Familiarity with cloud-based supplier collaboration tools.
- Supplier Enablement: Understanding of supplier enablement activities and benchmark management.
Job Deliverables:
- Timely and accurate completion of inventory transactions and procurement tasks in SAP.
- Supplier collaboration documentation and process enablement for improved supplier commitments.
- Creation of QBR reports, OTD reports, and other ad hoc analytical reports.
- Metrics dashboards and benchmark analyses supporting overall program performance.
- Commercial analysis and RFx documentation to support sourcing decisions.
