Job Title: Supply and Logistics Officer
Job Opportunity: On-Site (Reliever / Project-Based)
Location: Legazpi Village, Makati City, Philippines
We are urgently looking for a Supply and Logistics Officer (Reliever / Project-Based) to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in inventory management, procurement, and supplier coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle issuance of workwear and monitor stock levels
- Manage merchandise ordering and coordinate with suppliers
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) and Payment Requests (PR)
- Process goods receiving (GR) and ensure accuracy of deliveries
- Maintain inventory records and ensure system accuracy
- Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory
- Prepare reports on issued uniforms and inventory movement
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
- Communicate with internal teams and external clients/suppliers
- Perform other logistics and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related course
- With 12 years of work experience in customer relations, supply chain, procurement, or administrative functions
- Experience in the manning or shipping industry is an advantage, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to work with suppliers and manage timelines
- Flexible, reliable, and proactive
- Must be willing to report on-site daily (MondayFriday) at Legazpi Village, Makati City, Philippines
- Must be available to start immediately
