About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Supply & Capacity Planning Manager to ensure we have the right people, participants, vendors, sites, and equipment to support our growing AI data collection operations.

This role serves as the link between business demand and operational capacity. You will translate project forecasts and pipeline requirements into workforce plans, supply strategies, capacity models, and actionable recommendations.

You will work closely with Delivery, Production, Recruitment, Community, Vendor, Logistics, Finance, and Quality teams to identify capacity gaps early, optimize resource utilization, and ensure projects are ready to launch.

What You'll Do

  • Develop short-, medium-, and long-term demand and capacity forecasts across workforce, participants, vendors, sites, and equipment.
  • Translate client demand and business forecasts into actionable operational capacity plans.
  • Build forecasting and resource allocation models to identify future requirements and capacity gaps.
  • Develop workforce and headcount plans in partnership with Recruitment and Operations.
  • Monitor workforce utilization, productivity, participant supply, vendor capacity, and operational readiness.
  • Assess vendor capacity and develop contingency plans for potential supply shortages.
  • Forecast participant requirements and identify recruitment or community supply gaps.
  • Plan site and equipment capacity based on current and projected project demand.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide leadership with visibility into demand, capacity, utilization, and operational risks.
  • Conduct scenario planning and recommend mitigation strategies for capacity constraints.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations that balance cost, quality, speed, capacity, and scalability.
  • Support annual and quarterly operating plans and broader business growth initiatives.
  • Serve as the central planning partner across operational teams to ensure resource readiness for current and future projects.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, capacity planning, supply planning, operations planning, resource forecasting, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience building forecasting models and capacity plans.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with experience working with complex operational datasets.
  • Strong understanding of workforce utilization, resource allocation, and operational planning.
  • Ability to translate business demand into practical operational plans.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to present recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Strong business and financial acumen, particularly around operational costs, utilization, and resource trade-offs.
