Supply & Capacity Planning Lead
Work Arrangement: Remote
Experience: 4–6 years
About the Role
We are looking for an analytical and commercially minded Supply & Capacity Planning Lead to help ensure we have the right people, participants, vendors, sites, and equipment to support our AI data collection operations.
This role connects business demand with operational capacity. You will translate project requirements and forecasts into practical resource plans, identify potential capacity gaps, and provide data-driven recommendations to support efficient and scalable delivery.
You will work closely with Delivery, Production, Recruitment, Community, Vendor, Logistics, and Finance teams to maintain visibility of current and future capacity and ensure projects are ready to launch.
What You'll Do
- Develop short- and medium-term demand and capacity plans across workforce, participants, vendors, sites, and equipment.
- Translate project forecasts and business requirements into operational resource requirements.
- Build and maintain forecasting and capacity models to identify future gaps and requirements.
- Partner with Recruitment and Operations teams on workforce and headcount planning.
- Monitor workforce utilization, productivity, participant supply, vendor capacity, and operational readiness.
- Assess vendor and participant capacity against projected demand and identify potential shortages.
- Support site and equipment planning based on current and future project requirements.
- Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into demand, capacity, utilization, and risks.
- Conduct scenario planning and recommend practical mitigation strategies.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve resource utilization, cost efficiency, and delivery readiness.
- Lead regular capacity reviews with key operational stakeholders.
What You Bring
- 4–6 years of experience in capacity planning, workforce planning, operations planning, supply planning, resource forecasting, or operations analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience developing forecasts, capacity plans, or resource allocation models.
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with operational data.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting or dashboard tools.
- Ability to translate business or project demand into practical resource plans.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to identify risks, analyze trade-offs, and recommend solutions.
