Job Description

Primary DetailsTime Type: Full timeWorker Type: Contingent WorkerProcessing basic and routine back-office function related but not limited to Supplier Management duties

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end Supplier Relationship Management, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and issue resolution with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Administer contract management activities, including documentation validation, compliance tracking, renewals support, and data maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with procurement, supplier, and contract governance policies, escalating exceptions as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, onshore partners, suppliers, and intermediaries
  • Prepare and analyze regular and ad hoc supplier and contract reports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready supplier and contract records in relevant systems
  • Manage and resolve supplier queries, issues, and complaints in line with escalation procedures
  • Support governance forums and stakeholder meetings with performance insights, reporting, and action tracking
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier performance, contract compliance, and operational efficiency

Required Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Required Experience

  • 1 year relevant experience

Preferred Competencies/Skills

  • Strong attention to detail when reviewing contractual terms, service levels, pricing, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) to support supplier engagement, negotiations support, and internal coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for contract documentation, version control, reporting, and stakeholder communication

Preferred Knowledge

  • Experience managing or supporting key supplier relationships within a contractual framework
  • Exposure to procurement or contract management activities, including coordination of contract documentation and renewals
  • Basic understanding of software contracts and different licence metrics
  • Experience coordinating across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-cultural and diverse operational teams
