Job Title: Supplier Management Analyst
Job Purpose: Responsible for the analysis and fulfillment of TCP key metrics related to yield, delivery, cost and quality by having regular review and escalating risks to key stakeholders and recommending potential solutions through effective collaboration with the overall Support group and OQE.
Key Accountabilities:
- Take ownership on the end-to-end support of specific product/s from build plan review up to FG delivery.
- Publish daily delivery, parts prioritization, and cost status reports to TCP and TLC Counterparts.
- Support in monitoring Cores/Parts vs. forecast needed for delivery to commit fulfillment.
- Reviews status of WIP, On-hold and Aging units.
- Suggests/Recommends improvements on systems, process, yield, productivity & quality.
- Review and provides monthly delivery and parts usage actual results in compliance with the Cost targets.
- Facilitate and leads discussions on issues related to assigned products/s and escalates potential risks that may affect the monthly commit.
- Engagement on initiatives and other projects aligned with company's goals related to Cost, Quality, Yield, Efficiency, etc.
- Analyses, updates, and monitors Weekly Balanced Delivery Performance.
- Analyses, updates, and monitors Cores ATB status as per Plan and Forecast.
- Review Full Kits assessment and DOH Status for Handset and Commodity/Parts
- Monitoring of Weekly Balance Delivery Status of Handset and aligning this to daily production plan.
- Performs other task related product delivery that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications: Graduate of a 4 or 5-year course or ETEEAP graduate, preferably Bachelors Degree in Engineering (ECE, EE, ChE, ME, IE) or Business Administration.

- Communication Proficiency: Interface with production support group, Engineering, Quality, purchasing and planning to expedite delivery, push reclaimed parts usage and part ATB.
