About The Job
The role of the Supervisor – Telesales is to oversee and motivate Telesales Operators to do their job efficiently. This role involves ensuring the team achieves or exceeds sales targets, maintaining high quality standards, and contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
What You'll Do
- Drives the sales performance within the team through the following:
- Monitors the performance of Telesales Operators, which includes the following metrics that impact the delivery of company goals:
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of Telesales Operators, such as conversion rates, volume achievement, productivity, quality score, and other metrics provided by the company
- Sales, attendance, and behavioral activities
- Assists in developing and improving the sales skills and call handling skills of Telesales Operators to hit monthly goals
- Supports the Team Leader in implementing sales strategies and initiatives
- Provides regular performance reviews through conducting regular call audits and coaching sessions to Telesales Operators
- Conducts daily huddles and provides regular updates to TLS operators
- Prepares reports and provides analytical insights to address or improve performance
What You Need To Have
- Minimum 2 years experience as sales supervisor
- Familiar with basic MS office applications (MS, Excel)
- Has excellent communication & selling skills
- Has working proficiency in dealing with metrics, measurements, and reports
- Ability to coach and teach operators
