Role Overview

The Space Planning Supervisor is responsible for creating, reviewing, and revising merchandise layouts based on company strategy for the assigned store format.

Key Responsibilities

• Create merchandise layouts aligned with customer needs, profitability targets, and company strategy for the assigned store format
• Review requests for brand entry, pull‑out, and transfer from the Trading team.
• Evaluate re‑layout proposals from internal stakeholders and provide recommendations
• Identify and allocate space for categories and brands based on target market and productivity
• Ensure the timely release of merchandise layouts and shopping lists for new stores and store refits 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course
• At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in space planning, merchandising, retail operations, store planning, or a related field
• With working knowledge of store layout principles, space allocation, and basic merchandising standards
• Able to analyze sales performance, productivity, and customer behavior to support layout and space planning decisions
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other planning or presentation tools; knowledge of space planning software is an advantage
