Job Description

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage customer complaints
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Amenable with shifting schedule
  • Willing to be assigned in Marcos Highway, Antipolo

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, coach, and develop team members to ensure optimal performance
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders throughout the order fulfillment process (pickup to drop-off) to ensure service standards are met
  • Prepare and analyze reports on team performance and customer feedback
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and implement improvements to enhance service quality
  • Perform other tasks as assigned
