Role Description This full-time Supervisor role is based in Antipolo and follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring service levels and performance targets are met, and maintaining high-quality customer and client experiences. This role includes leading and coaching team members, monitoring productivity and quality metrics, providing regular feedback, and supporting professional development. The Supervisor will coordinate schedules, manage escalations, implement process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance operational efficiency. The role also involves preparing reports, tracking KPIs, and ensuring adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership, including coaching, performance management, and motivating diverse teams.
  • Strong operational management skills, with the ability to monitor metrics, manage workflows, and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle escalations and build effective relationships with team members and clients.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and business applications used for reporting, scheduling, and collaboration; comfort working in technology-driven environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement and client outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup in Antipolo, balancing on-site responsibilities with remote work requirements.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience in customer experience, operations, BPO, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant post-secondary education (e.g., business, management, operations, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
