Position Overview

The Field Marketing Supervisor is responsible for driving brand visibility, customer engagement, and demand generation across assigned regions by translating regional and global marketing strategies into effective, localized initiatives that support sales objectives and strengthen customer relationships. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end execution of various marketing tactics and ensures all marketing activities achieve measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning

  • The selected candidate will closely collaborate with the regional marketing programs team and the local sales leadership to contextualize marketing strategies into actionable country-specific marketing plans.
  • The selected candidate is expected to formulate and oversee the implementation of the local marketing calendar, aligned with sales priorities and revenue goals.
  • The selected candidate is expected to remain abreast on market opportunities, customer segments, and competitive trends to help drive and refine marketing approaches.
  • Campaign & Program Execution
  • The selected candidate will lead execution of campaigns, key industry and local-specific events, brand activations, and customer engagement programs, to name a few.
  • The selected candidate will ensure that all initiatives adhere to brand standards and messaging guidelines.
  • The selected candidate will work closely with local sales teams to support pipeline creation, acceleration, and customer expansion.
  • The selected candidate is expected to work closely with internal regional & global marketing teams as necessary to ensure seamless and efficient execution of marketing activities.
  • Project Management, Measurement & Reporting
  • The selected candidate will be responsible in managing project timelines, budgets, third-party vendors to ensure timely and flawless delivery of marketing activities.
  • The selected candidate will work closely with the regional revenue marketing team and the local sales teams to report and track key performance metrics, including campaign ROI, customer engagement, and pipeline impact.
  • The selected candidate will analyze insights from the field to recommend improvements to programs and strategy. He/she will also prepare reports and presentations for marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • The selected candidate will act as the primary liaison between regional marketing, and local sales teams.
  • He/she is expected to build strong relationships internally and externally (including but not limited to partners, distributors, and customer communities) to ensure alignment and maximum impact of marketing programs.
  • The selected candidate will also be expected to present insights, plans, and results confidently to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

The selected candidate is expected to exhibit leadership and influence capabilities, with the ability to collaborate across functions and ultimately, inspire stakeholders. He/she must display strategic and analytical thinking, execution and excellence, and a customer-first orientation.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in field marketing management, regional marketing, or integrated marketing roles (including, but not limited to campaign planning, event execution, partner engagement, and digital marketing).
  • Strong experience in marketing strategy, project management (including budgeting, external party management, workflow oversight), strong verbal and written communication with a knack for effective B2B storytelling, and presentation development and reporting are required qualifications.
  • The selected candidate is expected to exhibit a collaborative, relationship-focused work style, who is quick to adapt in shifting environments. He/she should display a creative problem-solving and proactive issue resolution mindset. He/she should also showcase excellent time management and organizational discipline.
  • The selected candidate must have a strong attention to detail, a mastery of brand management principles, and a commitment to high-quality execution.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams or in a sales-driven organization is preferred. Experience leading agencies, vendors, or small teams is an advantage.
