About the role
- Plans and establishes production work schedule to meet delivery times and best utilize company production capacity.
- Initiate work orders and ensure that all products are produced to the specified specifications and ensure conformance to the schedule.
- To manage the shift and all direct staff to ensure the smooth running of the production process, complying with the company's Health and Safety procedures.

- Planning, scheduling, and managing production workflows to meet delivery timelines while ensuring all products conform to required specifications.
- Supervising and leading shift teams, ensuring smooth production operations and strict adherence to all Health & Safety guidelines within the plant.
- Overseeing material and production planning, including initiating work orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and participating in stockroom and physical inventory processes.
- Driving operational excellence through continuous improvement, supporting initiatives such as our client /Kaizen to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall production performance.

Project Experience:
- Expert in material and production planning.
- Knowledge of SAP
- Quality and Environmental Management System knowledge
- Excellent people management skills to develop and motivate direct reporting staff and to ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift in line with the company's Health and Safety policy.
- Assist in maintaining stock rooms and inventory accuracy and participate in physical inventory counts.
- Demonstrate customer customer-centric approach and adherence to customer expectations to promote a positive company image.
- Play an active role in the our client plan/Kaizen initiative to achieve plans for future growth within the company.
Education:
- Bachelor of Science or above degree and an engineering background.
- Preferably Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, and Industrial Engineer.
Other Requirements:
- 3-5+ years experience as a practitioner as an Engineer.
- Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Pneumatic drawings.
- Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related communication tools.
- Knowledge in various machines from Stamping, Molding, Plating, and Assembly.
