SUPERVISING TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

25% - Assists in managing and administering the Regional Operations Division (ROD)
25% - Leads in building a strong motivated workforce
25% - Develops procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs as well as in formulating educational/training program for a subject field
20% - Undertakes analysis and evaluation of project proposal and research studies and
5% - Performs other related functions as may be required.
