Role Description The Supervising Cook will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring that dishes are prepared to established quality, presentation, and safety standards. This full-time, on-site role in Makati includes supervising kitchen staff, assigning tasks, monitoring food preparation, and coordinating with restaurant management to support smooth service. The Supervising Cook will participate in menu execution, assist in planning specials, manage food inventory, and monitor portion control to reduce waste and maintain cost efficiency. The role also involves ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, training team members on kitchen procedures, and helping maintain a clean, organized work environment. Collaboration with front-of-house teams to address guest needs and feedback is essential to delivering consistent, high-quality dining experiences.
