Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supermarket Sales Executive located in the National Capital Region, Philippines. The Supermarket Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and implementing effective sales strategies. The role also includes monitoring market trends, organizing promotional activities, and ensuring that customer needs are met while enhancing product visibility within supermarkets.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills to build relationships and drive supermarket sales
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and customer engagement to promote products effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple clients and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in communication and problem-solving to address client concerns and requirements
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies
- Experience in retail, FMCG, or supermarket industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
