Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead and mentor the clusters under the Supermarket team to execute strategic plans and hit performance targets.
Provide coaching and support to improve seller performance and team efficiency.
Work closely with Category Management and Seller Program Project Management teams to drive alignment and improvements.

Business Operations & Strategy

Own the end-to-end performance of the supermarket vertical—including seller acquisition, account management, and business analysis.
Monitor key business metrics and identify opportunities to optimize performance and drive sustainable growth.
Collaborate across teams to resolve pain points and enhance seller and buyer experience.

Inventory & Replenishment (SBS)

Oversee inventory planning and replenishment strategies under the Serviced by Shopee (SBS).
Coordinate with supply chain, category, and warehouse teams to ensure strong in-stock rates and fulfillment efficiency.

Requirements
