Job Summary
The Supercharge Operations Executive supports daily operations, monitors performance, coordinates maintenance, and manages administrative tasks for BYD's charging network to ensure high service reliability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Monitor charging station performance and system alerts to ensure continuous operation
- Coordinate fault reporting, troubleshoot issues, and schedule maintenance to minimize downtime
- Track charger uptime and operational KPIs to evaluate network efficiency
- Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits to maintain service standards
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve charging-related issues to enhance user experience
- Coordinate with maintenance vendors and contractors to execute service activities effectively
- Follow up on fault rectification and service requests to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain clear communication with site owners and stakeholders to support operational transparency
- Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and operational documentation for accurate tracking
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to inform management decisions
- Track maintenance costs, inventory levels, and spare parts usage to optimize resource allocation
- Assist in charger deployment, testing, commissioning, and handover activities to support project delivery
- Coordinate site access arrangements and contractor schedules to facilitate smooth operations
- Support project documentation and regulatory submissions to ensure compliance
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment
- Participate in safety inspections and audits to uphold safety protocols
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations, facilities, electrical systems, or technical support
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills demonstrated through managing operational tasks and resolving technical issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools to prepare accurate documentation and reports
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in EV charging infrastructure to enhance operational effectiveness
