Position Overview
We are looking for the Successor ofOperations Manager in Cainta, the role is critical to company success. The person will be responsible for managing depot-level operations, including driver readiness, vehicle deployment coordination, daily attendance, operational discipline, depot productivity, issue resolution, and service quality. This role ensures that the assigned depot operates efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards, operational KPIs, and market business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading Depot Operations – Oversee daily depot activities, driver schedules, attendance, operational discipline, issue resolution, and overall productivity.
- Driving Driver Supply & Performance – Monitor driver recruitment and headcount fulfillment, driver productivity, turnover, scheduling, onboarding, and performance against operational KPIs.
- Managing Fleet & Vehicle Operations – Oversee vehicle deployment, vehicle readiness, maintenance and repair coordination, vehicle downtime, documentation, and asset management.
- Driving Service Quality – Ensure drivers and depot teams consistently meet service standards, identify gaps, resolve service issues, and implement initiatives to improve passenger experience.
- Managing KPIs & Business Performance – Analyze operational data and key metrics and revenue performance to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
- Leading & Developing Teams – Manage the Operations team and other depot personnel while fostering accountability, discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Handling Critical Issues & Stakeholders – Take ownership of operational incidents, complaints, safety concerns, driver issues, and cross-functional coordination with HR, Recruitment, Training, Fleet, Customer Service, Legal, and other teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Transportation, Engineering, or a related field
- Must have 6–8 years of experience in depot operations, transportation, logistics, mobility, fleet operations, or frontline workforce management
- Experience managing large driver teams, depot operations, or multi-shift operations
- Strong people management, problem-solving, coordination, and execution skills
- Solid understanding of operational KPIs, driver productivity, vehicle deployment, attendance, and service quality
- Strong analytical, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills
- High level of ownership, discipline, fairness, and operational accountability
- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, onsite environment, with willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required
