What You'll Do
- Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions
- Facilitate workshops and engage with senior business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state solutions
- Design scalable compensation and incentive solutions aligned with client objectives
- Provide functional leadership across project teams and mentor consultants
- Drive solution architecture discussions across the broader SuccessFactors landscape
- Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle
- Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations, solution proposals, and scope definition
- Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while contributing to practice growth
Key Criteria
- Extensive experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions
- Proven success leading multiple end-to-end implementations across Compensation and Variable Pay modules
- Strong functional configuration and solution design expertise
- Experience integrating Compensation and Variable Pay with Employee Central and Performance & Goals
- Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilation skills
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and mentoring consultants
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior business stakeholders
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay certification highly regarded
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM PHT, with finish times ranging from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM PHT, depending on client requirements. Permanent work-from-home setup
