What You'll Do

  • Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions
  • Facilitate workshops and engage with senior business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state solutions
  • Design scalable compensation and incentive solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Provide functional leadership across project teams and mentor consultants
  • Drive solution architecture discussions across the broader SuccessFactors landscape
  • Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations, solution proposals, and scope definition
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while contributing to practice growth

Key Criteria


  • Extensive experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions
  • Proven success leading multiple end-to-end implementations across Compensation and Variable Pay modules
  • Strong functional configuration and solution design expertise
  • Experience integrating Compensation and Variable Pay with Employee Central and Performance & Goals
  • Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilation skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and mentoring consultants
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior business stakeholders
  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Variable Pay certification highly regarded

Work setup


  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): Flexible start time between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM PHT, with finish times ranging from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM PHT, depending on client requirements. Permanent work-from-home setup
