Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Success Engineer (SE) located in Metro Manila. The Success Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, consulting with clients to implement risk management solutions, and ensuring successful deployment of Riskonnect's software products. The SE will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver training, and optimize system functionalities. Maintaining strong client relationships and addressing their needs in a timely manner will be critical aspects of this role.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• 2+ years of technical experience with business use case documentation
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field
• Experience in integrated risk management, safety, or healthcare environments
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specs
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Passion for creating outstanding customer experiences

Preferred:

• 2+ years of Salesforce platform experience
• Salesforce Admin Certification
• Hands-on experience in Flows, Lightning Page layouts, and user management, plus Reports/Dashboards.
• Good work ethics and a team player

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in system configuration, troubleshooting, and software implementation
• Proficiency in client communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship management
• Experience in project coordination, process improvement, and solution design
• Knowledge of risk management systems or software is highly desirable
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Metro Manila and comfortable to work in US hours (EST)
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Experience in SaaS platforms or enterprise software is preferred
• Salesforce Admin Experience is a must!
