Submission Drafter (Landed)

This is a full-time remote role for a Submission Drafter (Landed). The role involves preparing and submitting architectural and construction-related drawings and documents for approval. The Submission Drafter will collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure submissions meet relevant standards and regulations. Daily tasks include drafting technical drawings, performing compliance checks, liaising with relevant authorities on submission requirements, and making necessary adjustments based on feedback.

• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of construction regulations, codes, and submission requirements
• Experience in preparing and finalizing technical drawings and documentation
• Effective communication skills for liaising with team members and regulatory authorities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Background in architecture, drafting, or a related field
• Prior experience working on landed property projects is a plus
