Job Description and Qualifications:

  • Ability/Experience of handling team of 15-20 voice/chat agents
  • Understanding process KPIs ability to drive performance
  • Experience of working with or for a Global Travel Management company (TMC)
  • GDS Sabre, Amadeus, NDC knowledge.
  • Understanding of Corporate travel nuances
  • Understanding of travel suppliers for Air, Hotel, Car and Rail bookings
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understand and abide by the importance of discipline, punctuality & protocol
  • Flexible with shifts 24X7 Set up
  • 2-3 years in BPO working as Team leader or acting Team leader
