Qualifications and Job Description:

  • Must be okay working 100% onsite at WNS Bridgetowne Site
  • 2yrs BPO/Banking domain experience handling looking customer interactions via Chats, Calls, Emails
  • Understanding of Credit card billings, reimbursements, spends during business travel
  • Prior experience of handling BPO Teams of 10-15 agents and driving metric based performance of the team
  • Understanding of performance management and mentorship for agents
  • Ability to interact with client and be able to present team performance
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in 24x7 environment
