Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the supervision, monitoring and administration of the Online Traditional Bingo with primary focus for the entire process, standard operating procedure and accuracy of games delivered while ensuring the high level of customer service
- Ensures that games are being delivered in accordance with standard operating procedure set by the company and with adherence to the compliance standard from PAGCOR
- Awareness of the upcoming online bingo promos
- Coordinates with the corresponding teams of Studio Host
- Records and monitors online bingo performances, player count and latest online gaming trends
- Collects data and prepares reports needed from online bingo games for monitoring and analysis
- Works closely with the operation team for product related concerns and promos
- Attends meetings with the technical team and disseminates the matters discussed to the superior
- Updates management on the progress of matters discussed with the technical team, following up and coordinating pending issues
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification
- At least three (3) years of experience in bingo or supervisory experience in online casino or related gaming industry for the Philippines market
- Fluent in English language, both in written and verbal
- Background in i-Gaming is good to have
