Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Studio Manager to oversee and optimize studio operations in the Philippines. This role involves managing day-to-day studio activities, leading diverse teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality gaming and casino products. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily studio operations, including production, technology, and workflows.
- Ensure efficient execution of projects, meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Implement strategies to enhance studio performance and achieve business objectives.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of creatives, developers, and operational staff.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to maintain a high-performing team.
Strategic Execution:
- Support the development and execution of the studio's goals and strategies in alignment with company objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Assist in exploring opportunities to expand product offerings and improve player engagement.
Quality Control and Innovation:
- Ensure gaming and casino products meet high-quality standards and customer expectations.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation by staying updated on emerging technologies and trends.
Regulatory and Compliance Oversight:
- Ensure studio operations comply with local and international gaming and casino regulations.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements effectively.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with regional and global teams to align studio initiatives with company objectives.
- Provide timely updates to leadership on studio performance and project milestones.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, game design, or a related field.
- Significant experience in a managerial role within the online gaming or casino industry.
- Strong understanding of gaming technologies, production workflows, and customer engagement strategies.
- Proven ability to manage operations, budgets, and diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with the Philippine market and gaming/casino regulatory frameworks is a plus.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment is an advantage.
