Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Student Recruitment Officer based in Thailand. The role involves identifying, attracting, and recruiting prospective students through various strategies and channels. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with educational institutions, organizing recruitment events, conducting student interviews, managing inquiries, and assisting with the admissions process. While the position is primarily office-based, some work-from-home flexibility will be available as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills with the ability to develop and maintain productive relationships
- Experience in Job Description Development and understanding of job market trends
- Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
- Knowledge of the education sector and student recruitment practices in Thailand
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- Experience in international education or vocational training is a plus
