Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Student Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and ensuring a high level of service and support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve service level agreements (SLAs) for outbound calls to prospective students to maximize engagement and conversations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries via email, phone, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Adhere to agreed service level commitments and quality standards.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data entry and maintain data integrity protocols.
- Perform other duties as required in line with the role and business needs.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of spoken and written English.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a high level of initiative and problem-solving ability.

Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in outbound calling.
