Our client, a premier educational institution, is looking for a Student Recruitment & Admissions Director, to join their team.
The Student Recruitment Director is responsible for driving enrollment growth by developing and executing strategic, data-driven, and innovative recruitment initiatives. They shall set the long-term vision for student recruitment, lead and mentor the student recruitment team, and collaborate with executive leadership, marketing, and admissions teams to achieve enrollment targets.
Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
• Work with the CMRO and the Executive management team in identifying growth areas for the Institute
• Support the vision of the Institute by developing and implementing overall recruitment strategies 2. Sales Operations & achievement of commercial targets
• Set clear targets per campaign for processes (TAT) and performance (CVR and NE)
• Formulate cost-effective student recruitment strategies and collaborate with the Marketing team for execution.
• Conceptualize and implement admissions-related financial assistance programs aligned with institutional priorities.
• Achieve enrollment targets across all programs as identified by the executive team.
3. Data Analytics & Decision Making
• Proficiently use the mandated CRM platform and business intelligence tools to manage day-to-day operations of the Recruitment and Admissions team; and make business decisions accordingly • Direct all data analysis efforts in relation to education trends, student profiles, etc., to support strategic decision-making.
4. Operational Excellence & Technology Integration
• Direct the implementation of policies and procedures to support admission strategies
• Drive implementation of MarTech tools and ensure team adoption to optimize recruitment efficiency.
• Work with identified partners to support process optimization as identified by the Institute 5. Stakeholder Engagement & Representation
• Represent the Institute to its prospective learners and partners, as required and needed.
6. Team Leadership & Development
• Mentor and coach recruitment team members, ensuring their professional growth and performance.
• Foster a high-performance culture, enabling recruitment teams to meet and exceed targets through training and leadership support.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Minimum Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Sales Operations, significant part in student recruitment, admissions. With at least 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in a higher education or academic setting is strongly preferred.
Business Understanding: Expertise in sales operations and management, student recruitment, marketing, admissions, and financial aid strategies, with a strong grasp of CRM/Mar Tech tools for recruitment efficiency. Awareness of higher education trends and competitive landscapes is a plus.
Expertise in sales operations and funnel management
Working knowledge in student recruitment and enrollment management
Advanced experience in CRM & MarTech tools for lead acquisition and conversion
Data analytics and performance tracking and business intelligence
Admissions policies, financial aid, and compliance
