Job Summary:

Analyzes, structures, and manages innovative financial products and solutions for individual and institutional clients, providing market and risk analytics to support hedging, investment, and financing strategies. Ensures regulatory compliance, collaborates with business and trading units to identify opportunities, and leads product development and implementation from concept to launch.

Role Exposure:

Contributes to business growth by delivering tailored financial markets solutions that align with client objectives, risk profiles, and market conditions, while developing expertise in relationship management, sales, product development, strategy execution, and risk management within a leading banking environment.

Qualifications:

Preferably at the Assistant Manager level or higher, with strong experience in product development, project management, and cross-functional coordination. Demonstrates strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in programming or coding as an added advantage.
