Job Summary:
Structural evaluation for new & existing construction projects, alterations, and redevelopments related to SEAOIL's retail station. on structural evaluation and design working with other internal/ External designer (ASMEP ). Structural engineering design solutions based from basic principles to advanced engineering approaches to determine the most cost efficient design whilst conforming to codal requirements Inspection and interpretation of on-site problems secured with proper solutions and corrective measures to ensure the safety and integrity of a structure.
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Develop / Prepare structural drawings, specifications, and construction documents
2. Consult with different departments and external suppliers and designers to determine their requirements
3. Coordinate with Design architect and for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development
4. Work with teams across business lines, in remote locations, and coordinate with architectural and construction firms
5. Resolve complex structural issues with innovative and practical solutions6. Maximization of floor area by safely reduction of structural member resulting to cost efficiency
7. Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Educational Background:
Graduate of a four-year course relating to Civil / Structural Engineering
Certifications/Licenses:

Professional Experience:
i.e. 2-3 years of Project Management experience At least one year in a managerial/leadership capacity,
least 5 years of experience in an architectural firm or design company
Critical Expertise/Skills:
Must-have skills that you wish to be highlighted in our job posting, and for the reference of recruiters may also include skills that may place applicants at an advantage
in STAAD,AUTOCAD, Sketch Up, Excel, Microsoft applications
